Our office provides exceptional phone service as well. Our licensed practical nurses take your phone calls during office hours and can help advise you as to what type of help you need. Their clinical experience helps our providers stay on schedule and fit in emergencies appropriately. We recently purchased a new phone system to reduce phone wait times and increase your access to the office. Providers are usually busy seeing patients who have made appointments, so the nurses will gladly take messages and return your calls.
Because our practice has been in high demand, our patient load is often full. During those times, we keep a waiting list so that, should we be able to recruit another physician to our area or should space open up, we will be ready to extend you an invitation.
Keeping families together in one medical home is one of our strengths. Even when the practice is "full," we accept new patients who live in the same household with current patients. We also take on newborns born at Wyoming County Community Hospital, and accept women who are pregnant or planning pregnancy who would like us to provide their obstetric care if they are low risk. We rotate obstetric appointments during your pregnancy between the three doctors so that you can feel comfortable that whichever doctor is on call for your delivery will know you and your pregnancy.
