New Phone System

Our prior phone system did not allow stacking, so patients frequently would receive busy signals even though we would have multiple providers answering calls as they came in.  We have invested in a new system which allows you to wait for the next available nurse.  We hope this reduces your frustarations in getting through to the office. For routine, non-urgent appointment requests, consider emailing a secretary to initiate the appointment process.
